Gonna play devil’s advocate here.

I know there have been a ton of false flags in the news, but there were apparently enough people in the area to corroborate the woman’s story. The cops also had enough cause to charge her.

The truth will come out, but on the surface, it seems like this story may not be BS.

So it is now a crime to call someone a monkey?

are you claiming that Houston is not a city with cultural diversity?

ohh absolutely not.
in fact, the exact opposite. I'm saying Houston is extremely culturally diverse and you're post suggesting that it is unlikely she was the only black woman in the area isn't necessarily true because of just how diverse Houston is. Especially IAH and a United flight.

If this was Hobby, SouthWest flight.....different story.

No, but there may be more to the story than what the article described. Maybe the employee was harassing her or being unruly? I don't know, but several people said that the employee was out of line, and the police felt there was enough cause to charge her with a misdemeanor.

The story may very well be bullshite, but it doesn't seem likely at the moment.

The article omits any discussion of whether the customer behaved during the transaction.

Watched a video of a black couple at IHOP that refused to leave because the employee wouldn't give the woman her name so that the woman "could call corporate." Cops come, still won't leave. Eventually, the man gets thrown down and arrested.

Even at United Airlines, I doubt that the customer service agent would call the woman a name out of the blue.

yep, not any detail in the "full story," sounds like bullshite to me

ETA: sounds like a grab for attention or some form of compensation
