Even if we didnt need our b52s, if some other adversary country so much as drone dropped spit on one, we'd be dropping billions of dollars worth of ordinance on them.
To dismiss this as simply old planes ; is a huge tell of weakness.

And the mere fact that they can damage "only" 4 nuclear capable bombers is a hilarious referendum on the state of Russia and it's capability to defend itself

Where are the receipts for all the hook line and sinkers for ghost of ukraine here?
I think russo copers mention it 10x as much as any actual buyin anyone on any side of this conflict displayed at the beginning of the war to obvious propaganda.

Gonna throw that incorrect back at you. The 55 was dated in 2020. There have been losses since then. Don’t come back swinging like you are an expert suddenly after claiming they had “hundreds” in the thread.
I’d like a link to the 17 airworthy but mothballed birds though. Given the status of everything else in Russian service in that state, I question how practically can they get the plane back into service.

Imagine being employed to dismiss and cope with some losses of some old (while still being used regularly) nuclear capable planes and only having hundreds, not thousands, of planes on airfields. Sounds like the little leagues.

So you acknowledge that there are hundreds of planes and multiple bases that aren't visible in the 14 second video but you're just posting that none of those were damaged as if it's a fact?

Everything is visible.. the Drones had Cameras. Have you seen Ukraine post any other footage? Didn't think so. Ukraine released that footage from the drones right away but decided not to release the other video they had
