I read the first 2 pages and I’m curious.
Did yall miss the attitude from the driver constantly repeating “ Don’t knock on my window like dat” over and over then when the officer gave him a direction he responded “Do whatcha gotta do”
Guess what, he may run shite on a football field or in a locker room but on that traffic stop, he’s just another not compliant motorist. Call me a bootlicker or whatever but he should have listened to Chris Rocks comedy routine a little more

Rolling down your window is not a lawful order. Exiting the vehicle is. Looked like retaliation due to a bad case of Ego Thinness. Hill was clearly exiting the vehicle since he had to unlock the door. Likely that will end up excessive force and a 4th amendment violation for reaching into the car after blocking Hills ability to exit the car. Qualified immunity should be lost and possibly will be.
Cop needed to back up and let Hill do what he just told him to do no matter how badly his feelings were hurt. Cop was 100% in the wrong post paperwork being handed over. Hill deserved whatever ticket was coming his way. Cop deserves whatever punishment, if any, comes his way.

That’s the problem, not all but some cops treat US Citizens like they are suspected enemies in a war zone.
With that said I wouldn’t want to have to deal with idiots with tinted windows. Didn’t have to escalate like that though. Just do what the cops say and go on your way. Both sides wrong.
