Yep, there is place called "Chinese Massage" on Hwy 21 between Madisonville and Covington. It was busted for this very thing about a year ago. As far as I know it never was shutdown because it is still there.

According to arrest documents filed for the suspects, Lijuan Yang, a female, age 37, was running day-to-day operations at the China Massage and Spa and was responsible for performing illegal massages as well as setting up illegal massages for other employees to conduct at the location.

The report states several illegal massages were performed during undercover operations, with the suspects touching the genitals of the clients during the massages.
Sounds like someone just forgot to pay their dues. Ridiculous that resources are wasted on stuff like this when there’s real crime all over the place. Catching thieves isn’t as fun as undercover handjob stings though. I wonder what kind of cool loot they got through CAF
