Didn't look like it to me. Either that or she took it basically without flinching.
i watched the POV a couple times.
i think he missed with the first shot based on the angle of the gun but hit her on the second & third shots as she starts to run.

this has been discussed in this thread already...
reporters in that setting are solely focused on the job at hand... and they're used to people walking around them all the time
also it was a "soft" story about economic development w/ a member of the chamber of commerce... not like a hot scene with a lot of potentially dangerous activity
and the photog had his eye in the viewfinder and probably had the other eye closed... he would've never seen it coming
at that point it wouldn't have mattered anyway

How lucky is the lady that lived? Damn!

Of course, in his defense, he was just doing what he'd been told to do.....

Farrakhan said “I’m looking for 10,000 in the midst of a million. Ten thousand fearless men who say death is sweeter than continued life under tyranny. Death is sweeter than continuing to live and bury our children while the white folks give our killers hamburgers. Death is sweeter than watching us slaughter each other to the joy of a 400-year-old enemy. Death is sweeter. The Quran teaches persecution is worse than slaughter. Then it says retaliation is prescribed in matters of the slain. Retaliation is a prescription from God to calm the breasts of those whose children have been slain. So if the federal government won’t intercede in our affairs, then we must rise up and kill those who kill us; stalk them and kill them and let them feel the pain of death that we are feeling!”
Zero chance that gets mentioned by the media.
You're right. And that's pathetic. It's an indictment on our media and our society.
We live in a society that one the one hand is so worried about "offending" people that most top comedians won't even step foot on college campuses.
We see media-types lose their minds over stupid shite like Trump & Bush saying the words "anchor baby".
We've got ESPN blacklisting Curt Shilling because he "offended" Muslims.
But on the other hand we've got nutjobs like Farrakahn openly calling for mass murder against whites and none of these sensitive people say jack shite.

Thank the Libs, SJWs and the PC police.

She didn't make any reaction that indicated that to me. I don't think you can get shot point blank in the chest with a hallow point and just turn around and run.
(not that any of this really matters of course)

It's possible that she didn't even feel the first shot.
If you're not expecting it, and the bullet doesn't hit any nerves, there's a chance she may not have even realized she was hit at first.
Also - adrenaline is a hell of a thing.

her shoulder raised instantly. other shots didn't make any reaction to indicate a shot either.

If it wasn't race he would've found another excuse, same with Dylan Roof. If anything is "to blame," it's the media obsession with mass shootings as well as gun obsession by Americans in general
Yep. He's no different than Roof to me. A pathetic deranged sick person who is dying for their troubled lives to have some meaning. No need to make some political issue out of him nor should all of those morons have done so with Roof.
Is it irony that the media constantly gives these guys some sick twisted glory and now they suffer as a victim on one of these glory attention whore attacks?

From personal experience, when you interview someone during a live shot, your attention is on nothing but the interview. It's not uncommon for a reporter to tune out everything and everyone except the interview.
Now if she would've turned to address the camera, she likely would've seen the gunman... Not that it would've changed the outcome

man, there's a screenshot of his 2nd shot with the fire of the gun coming out with her open mouth horror look turned to him....

I'm assuming the cameraman was hit somewhere in the back. But the shooters camera control is all over the place once he starts firing rounds.
