I'm pretty sure this country was founded by men wearing wigs and panty hose.

There are people who literally go door to door telling people about their god. There is regularly a dude on the corner ofseigen and perkins with a giant cross waving his bible at everybody who passes.

People need to stop with their bullshite. Question: Is this event mandatory and do you have to bring your child? No is the answer and if you don't like it than don't bring your children. These people are just as bad as atheists who want to sue everytime God is mentioned. I personally wouldn't bring any child to this event, but how others raise their children is not my choice. So it is simple live and let live ,and just don't bring your children if you have a problem with this...

Did they? How so?

The founding fathers made separation of church and state so the government couldn’t tell churches what to do and the liberals have used it to persecute Christians
Put on a dress and go into a woman’s bathroom to stare at people that’s ok, but if you tell someone about Christ outside of a church you can get arrested
You people don't even try to think.
Firstly, christians go and read to kids all the time. Most of the people reading in libraries are christians. They're just not allowed to teach/read the gospel at a publicly funded event. You can BE christian. You can carry your bible everywhere you go. You can even pray and read it to yourself at school.
Drag queens can read to kids at school too. They just can't teach a religion to them.
This isn't rocket science, but you people pretend to not understand so you can come up with convoluted analogies like yours.

Do you really want the government involved in deciding what is an acceptable world view?
Isnt this legacy of the obama administration?? Push this crap down our throats with gay marriage, etc.

So, you must be pushing straight marriage down gay peoples' throats?

I think the legacy is virtually eradicating childhood obesity, thank you very much.

So it’s legal to be a Christian you just can’t let anyone know. Meanwhile it’s legal for a drag queen to dress up in the drag outfit and go pursue children into joining their lifestyle at taxpayer expense

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Well, the men at churches get to do that with no tax implications. Even wear silk bathrobes and fancy hats right out in the open.

Ridiculous
If you don't like it, don't go. I'm not taking kids to that stuff, we have it here too but I'm sure not protesting or suing anyone.

Progressives in 2008: We don't want to indoctrinate your kids! We just want acceptance! We aren't going to push our agenda this way. If you think so, you are a racist, sexist, xenophobic, homophobic phobic!
Progressives in 2018: How dare you protest our ability to go into schools and libraries dressed in drag to indoctrinate your kids!
The left is cancer.

Again, no. Try to think instead of just reacting emotionally.
You can wear your jesus get up to school too.
You also seem to be confusing religion and something that isn't religion. You can wear your Metallica shirt to read to the kids. You can wear your jesus shirt to read to the kids. You can wear your George Bush shirt to read to the kids.
You just can't be endorsed by the school and lead religious activities.

First they came for the wedding cake bakers and I didn’t stand because I wasn’t a baker
Then they came for the conservative you tubers but I didn’t stand because I wasn’t a you tuber
Then they came for the children and I didn’t stand because I wasn’t a child
And one day they came for me! But there was no one to stand for me

Still? I don't even know who he is. Am I responding to a pot-stirrer?

Honestly, I have no real problem with this...aside from the fact that it's a group of adult male mentally-ill freaks using public resources to get to children. Other than that....
