used to room with a guy that wrestled for Penn State(no pedo,) he was about 150lbs., and maybe about5'9", and I'm typical OT size, he always used to talk about wrestling and I never paid much attention, one day we got into it, just horsing around after a game of pickup football, dude had me begging for mercy within a minute or two

Not much you can do against someone who knows how to ride legs when you don’t know how to get out. If a good wrestler gets you to the ground, you are fricked.

As someone that had a short lived crappy wrestling career, I’ve been on the ground with no hope

Somebody busting my nose and trying to make me a bitch is not "some stupid BS".

Bunch of puasy doormats in this thread.

You could tell with the fearlessness and the accuracy and power of his first punch, first baw was a bad SOB. I’ve seen many drinks rear back and try a KO from the get; that dude landed a medium punch with such accuracy that it was over before it even got to the floor.

Yep -

Much more efficient than going for a haymaker off the jump and stung the guy enough to just completely take him out of the fight.

That is pure experience v. inexperience.

From the article posted below;

Jones hails from Nashville, Tennessee, and transferred to Oklahoma in 2018 after two seasons as a walk-on at Liberty.

Just let it go. The football players thought they were bad asses solely based on their size. The wrestlers disproved their theory. Emphatically and decisively.

Period.

The one dude either licked his hand or whiped blood off his nose with his left before bitch slapping him with it and then throwing the right haymaker.

Also, serves him right for wearing a turtle neck and cowboy boots.

It was not a nosebleed.

Coke deal gone bad? Check out the :21-:22 mark of the video... something that looks suspiciously like a small white bag falls to the ground with ole boy who was checking himself in the mirror.

We know that Jones is a football player but I haven't seen it stated anywhere that turtleneck was a football player.

Also, not saying that this is how it went down, but we have to admit the possibility that:

Turtleneck and bloody nose were in a fight prior to the video (hence the bloody nose). Jones tried to break it up and get the MMA guys to leave. MMA guy gets pushed, and in his drunken state, they just start swinging.

All that to say, little dudes handled their business, but not sure of the leading circumstances.

Watch it again. I’d like to know which blow cracked the eye. Appears he landed a good elbow as soon as they hit the ground, though it looked like a possible glancing blow. Other than that, you really can’t see what could have possibly cracked his eye. It certainly wasn’t from the first flurry of light punches.

That wasnt a "flurry of light punches." Check the mirror, that first hook threw ole boy's head back.

Don’t care if #2 was a football player or not. If you are in a highly charged situation like that and you say “Get the frick out of here ” and your partner says “What you got?” while pushing someone you can be pretty sure you are about to get into a fight. At that point you better be ready for whatever comes next.

#1 and #2 were definitely not.
