That car is in the ditch on the service road between beau chene and hwy 22 in front of old Papa Sams before it curves to the right by Just Chillin

Yeah, that’s the southbound lane right before the 190/22 exit. No way it was from the causeway unless they did a u turn where the state police usually sit.

Normally with a high speed chase initially you should have more units on the stop . If this was coming off the Causeway there would have been a few of those cops involved. I'm wondering where Troop L was it's maybe a half mile away. I'm thinking the police on the stop made a critical error The car was in the ditch, cops had the advantage
