That he screamed never have I had a charter like this (or whatever similar) probably indicated it was several events in a row where the guy was told to do something and responded by doing an opposite and possibly dangerous thing, culminating with this

Went on a Two Conchs charter a few years back in the Keys.
Had a chaotic moment with fish on 3 or 4 lines in a matter of seconds. Captain was flying all over, and ended up losing a nice rig overboard. Similar response, absolutely lost his shite. Screaming about how we were gonna pay for it, you have to take this seriously, this isn't fun and games, i work too hard for this shite, just ranting on and on.
Later that day he hooked his deck hand straight through his palm. I had to clip the hook and pull it all the way through cause captain was too squeamish. Deck hand kept his cool and kept trucking, didn't get mad at the guy for a second.
Two Conchs needs some counseling and therapy for their captains.

Two Conchs has had a lot of turnover with employees. Would not fish with.
I see them a lot where I fish so they are still getting charters but this may slap em down a bit. Maybe slap is not the best word.

I have an evinrude ( I know) and it's done by pushing a button on the throttle and moving it forward a bit.

Once everyone calmed down and apologized they continued to fish and even tipped the captain $200 after the trip. Chicken shite move to then post the video in an attempt to get the man fired. Dad needs an arse whippin in front of his kids.

But again, as I mentioned, the poor grammar from the official response shows the type of people that you’re dealing with here. You’re probably part and parcel of the same trashy group of people.

I agree the dad is chicken shite for posting the video. But Captain PitchaFit handled this horribly. You could not pay me to go out to sea on a boat with a guy that loses his cool like that with nowhere to go.
