Many may want to point out little beacons of light around the town but as a whole it's fricking done. You have people who can't speak proper English running the town and deciding how to spend your new tax dollars. fricking disgrace.
Chauna Banks continues to amaze me.

2 years ago I was very optimistic about where baton rouge was headed. As a young professional with a family I can't help but think the last 6 months feel like BR is heading towards a large scale catfish town.

Disappointing to witness tonight. That's for sure.

Situations like this don't get better. "Leadership" in Baton Rouge will further alienate tax payers until they are working with a 60% majority and truly don't have to give a shite about anything other than their agenda. Hell, you could say that's happened already.

I was optimistic from about 2007-2012. Not so much these days.

Seems like it.
To my knowledge, the tax comes from homeowners. The people cheering the loudest(KB who doesn't own shite and the like) are celebrating because theyre fricking sheep and cant think for themselves.

Broome losing to Kip 2.0 in 2020 is essentially a must.

It's new age segregation that is what is taking place with this BS. No reasonable person wants to live under leadership vacuum like this.

Broome is getting trounced in 2022. I have a better chance of winning than she does.

Who is kip 2.0?
The actual kip or someone else?

Baton Rouge will reach Jacksonian staus eventually. It will take years for it to happen, but it's well on its way. If Broome is reelected in 2020, you can kiss all hope goodbye.

Sorry, bro. Broome will win again. Demographics will be overwhelmingly in her favor by 2022.
