Welch is term limited IIRC. I wonder if the changes to the CEA satisfies him enough. That they just won't release the funds.

They called a revote because she voted "wrong".
So on the revote there was still an abstention wasn't there. Freiberg had been abstaining or said she would.
Gotta say that was a slight adrenaline rush right at the end.
