WTF is Helmet Head doing? Why the frick would she even care about the COA? Is her relatives up in that joke of a place?
I cannot stand people like HH. They are somehow abused by their own society and now they have to kiss arse to one that could care less about them. Helmet...they hate white people. They hate you, too. They being the council and all of the Gravy-like idiots.
