This is just a power play by Elon, he literally just wants people give him a dollar to remind everyone he’s in control.

Lol holy shite. The irony is that you are spreading this propaganda on his behalf.

I imagine some of the vile disgusting rhetoric that spews from the protection of anonymity will disappear once a credit card is tied down to the user handle.

Uh, he's not losing advertisers because of bots or troll accounts.

He's lost advertisers because major corporations, those who are serious about their corporate images, don't want to be associated with the hateful wasteland that is X. I don't think Proctor & Gamble want to pay money to have an ad for their brand below some rando schmuck named @freddurstisGOD lashing out at Jews and their "ownership of Hollywood".

Twitter's valuation went from 44 billion dollars at the time of purchase to 4 billion dollars. He managed to devalue the company 90% in less than a year and a half. He is not a good business man

Yeah, but the droolers here thinks he's a conservative, so they'll defend him to the death.

Which is funny, because the Reddit crowd used to love Elon. Politard board coming in for sloppy seconds.

not to go all tin foil hat but I think it’s pretty clear why he bought (with the saudis) twitter and it’s not for the users, the ad revenue or even as an investment at all

combine a global communications network with space X, Tesla robotics, the boring company and neuralink all under the ownership/control of the planet’s wealthiest man and you’ve got a pretty damn good infrastructure for plans that will come to fruition decades from now

I have no need to tweet. Thinking that people need or care for your opinion is narcissistic at best. Most people simply use it for news consolidation of topics they care about and nothing more. In five minutes you can catch up on sports, war, and politics without any effort. That’s what it’s used for to the average person.

Elon Musk, savior of the world everybody

Now he’s just allowing the Russian government to use it as their propaganda wing instead! Smart move by the gigabusinessman, Russia pays better

Imagine using “the boring company” and “good infrastructure “ in the same sentence, and not as a joke

Elon was your Ev god before buying twitter. Next time you make a digital payment you can thank Elon as well. Silly liberals and your low IQs. Please continue to say the worlds richest man is a bad businessman.

May want to read up on his business history. Especially revealing is the story of his complete mismanagement of Paypal and his previous version of X (online banking), so bad that Peter Thiel put together a coup to kick Musk out of leadership before he sank the business.

He's a visionary, no doubt. He's not a good businessman (and his billionaire peers agree with me).

I never liked Elon, but okay boy.

Him being the “richest man” is a joke anyway, most of his networth is based off his companies being overvalued af.

Funny how all these genius businessmen like Musk and Trump that you conservatives worship had all their biggest successes funded by their daddies who were already rich af when they were born. We could all be a lot more successful if we all had daddies who were NYC slumlords or stole emerald mines that were ran on slave labor

Life is a lot easier when you're born on 3rd base thinking you hit a triple.
