There aren’t any Hispanics living in the city of Atlanta. It’s an aging black population that is moving out to the burbs to nursing homes or dying and young white and Asian people moving in. You don’t have a clue.

East Point and College Park aren't in the city of Atlanta. The actual city of Atlanta used to be about 70% black, but that's dropped to 50% and there has been a large influx of whites. Meanwhile, blacks are moving outside 285, particularly on the west, south, and east side.
