I'm pretty sure that the internet/social media has killed off the talent pool at these restaurants.
Nowadays, if you're a girl with top-tier looks who's willing to flaunt yourself in revealing clothing, why work in a damn restaurant when you can find a sugar daddy on Tinder or be an Instagram "influencer" or whatever the hell they call them.
The internet has democratized attractiveness. You don't have to be in LA or NYC to cash in on your looks.

Coincidentally enough, I went there for lunch today as well. That $10 steak on Wednesdays is hard to beat.
