Why do you guys think no one has confessed to shooting either of these guys?
I am not talking about going to jail. I am just talking about running their mouth to get street cred.
How does the guy or guys with likely no education stay “so quiet” for so long?

Because they would be dead within the hour

They’re probably dead. It happened over 20 years ago

The guy who shot Tupac is dead.
Guy who orchestrated Biggies murder is doing decades in prison for bank robbery. He was a former cop. Questionable who the shooter was but I’m sure he’s dead too

Nailed it.
A pretty good book on the subject is LAbyrinth by Randall Sullivan.

Acclaimed journalist Randall Sullivan follows Russell Poole, a highly decorated LAPD detective who in 1997 was called to investigate a controversial cop-on-cop shooting, eventually to discover that the officer killed was tied to Marion “Suge Knight's notorious gangsta rap label, Death Row Records. During his investigation, Poole came to realize that a growing cadre of black officers were allied not only with Death Row, but with the murderous Bloods street gang.

Keefe D confessed on tape to what actually occurred with the 2Pac murder. He gives a pretty detailed account as to what happened, and how the murder went down. He named his nephew Orlando “baby Lane” Anderson as the trigger man. Unfortunately, everyone in the car besides Keefe is now dead. The problem with the 2Pac murder is that there are a million bullshite conspiracy theories ranging from he faked his death to the govt killed him. The truth of the matter is that 2Pac got into it with a legit gang banger and it cost him his life.

Puffy might have not orchestrated it, but he definitely marketed the shite out of it.

Orlando Anderson is the guy 2Pac and the Death Row entourage beat up in the lobby of the MGM Grand the night of the Tyson fight. His uncle Keefe D is the one who gave the confession on tape, and confirmed Anderson as the trigger man. There is also an interview out there with one of Orlando's best friends, and hip hop artist, who seems to confirm that he was the triggerman without saying it.
Here ya go, decide for yourself.
