In April, Terrell published research showing that Black people received significantly less jobs in the petrochemical industry than white people in Louisiana despite having similar levels of training and education.

I guess she left out the part about the 3-1-1 hiring ratio of the 80’s and 90’s.

That staged picture of her is humorous. It's taken in a library (see the labels on the bases of all of the books.)
Most academics have their own book cases filled with the books they use as references. I wonder if she has such a background and didn't want to share titles with possible critics?

and a 3rd grade reading comprehension test.
Case in point a now retired friend was involved with partial ownership of a methanol plant to be built in St. James Parish several years ago. The locals who ended up forming Rise St. James came to the owners and told them that they were to be provide top paying jobs without having to be tested for drugs or have to pass a 3rd grade reading comprehension test or else they would bring out the race card and how the company wanted to build there because only black folk around.

I used to be in a "fitness" group with a chemistry professor at Tulane. He was one of those seething, foaming at the mouth, insufferable rabid left wingers. Literally, if the wind blew in the wrong direction it was Trump's fault. It's part of the culture amongst the professorship to be a thoughtless left wing robot who parrots the DNC talking points.
Remember folks, we're dealing with professors who still believe Covid-19 came from Chinese people putting bats on the BBQ grill (and not the Wuhan lab) because that's what the DNC fish-hooked them into believing.
