Private business can do as it pleases. If they want you wearing pink in Monday to dine in they can.

Government cannot, or should not be able to.

Better take the cases hourly and not on contingency because you aren’t collecting shite from the government

They are perfectly within their rights to do this but it won't be a store I'll shop at after

Yes and no. Most of these mask laws have a loop hole. If you have a health problem with wearing masks you don't have to wear them. The second a manager kicks that person out of a store, they violate HIPAA.

Like I said, lawyers bout to feast when this shite gets less sensitive. People are fed up.

Break this down a bit more for me. How would the store owners violate HIPAA?

I walk into the store without a mask.

Manager stops me.

I say I'm not wearing a mask because I have health conditions and the mask makes it worse.

Manager asks about my condition or tells me to leave - lawsuit.

-----------

Now law enforcement shows up. Are they really going to arrest you for trespassing or disorderly conduct because of a mask?

Sure, go ahead and take the knife too officer.

Good luck, but what does that have to do with HIPAA?

You're essentially refusing business to someone because of their health. That's kinda a big no no.

You don't understand private business rights and you don't seem to know anything about HIPAA.
