Unless you are allowing some guy with HIV to frick you in the arse while you eat your meal...you aren't getting HIV at a restaurant.

Uh, lots of people were alive for the 1968 pandemic, which killed over 1 million people globally and over 100k in the US. We didn't cower in fear and destroy the economy, so it's a blip in history.
