That's the problem with Islam. All the terrorists are actually doing is following the instructions spelled out by their god's "prophet" in their holiest of books.
The truth of Islam isn't that terrorists and extremists have distorted Islam, rather their doing exactly what Islam teaches. Until we admit that truth, that Islam by its nature calls on conquest, subjugation, and murder to further its cause, the threat this death cult poses to civilization cannot begin to be addressed.
