I don't see how any male can identify with the Democrat party. Just can't.

Tell that to Chris “Whoever said that protests are supposed to be polite and peaceful” Cuomo and all the Democratic leadership that excused Left wing violence for months if not years.

Trump didn’t directly cost someone’s life but if he had conceded in mid-December then this wouldn’t have happened and his legacy wouldn’t be in shambles
You can't know that, especially not with social media and the way things linger and fester online. He didn't indirectly do so either. The people responsible are those who committed the act.

Trial lawyers, union leaders, race hustlers and losers with hands out, I can see.

His "legacy" was sealed the moment he had the audacity to run without being anointed by the beltway

Trump could have started his own media network and continued to rally not only around the United States but the world, and now no one is going to want to be caught dead with him due to January 6th. Should have conceded December 14th even if it was over “fortified” bullshite according to Time Magazine. His legacy is now in tatters.

Throw in teachers and professors, who depend on government money.

OweO should be sending you a thank you gift. You just took his title of "Absolute Biggest Idiot of the Entire Website" from him. And you're waving your hands in victory no less!

He’s certainly not criminally liable for it if that’s what you’re arguing.

That is silly and an example of someone caught in the moment. Step back. Jan 6th or not, Trump was going to be lambasted non-stop for several years. Another republican boogeyman will show up and his legacy will benefit from an at least 25% fair assessment in 10 years.

If this is the standard then every media organization needs to be in jail. Lots of blood shed and murdered police officers at their hands (including right here in Baton Rouge)

And they used far more hateful rhetoric based on a lot more lies (i.e. “hands up don’t shoot”)

I'm arguing he is not liable for any of it. The man believes he was cheated, should he just stfu? He was correct about "They tapped my wires."

BTW, I dont know if he was cheated or not. I can't possible know for certain as I have not seen anything with my own eyes.

The media, academia, the left, Hollywood, etc was going to male sure his legacy would be in tatters no matter what he did, so your premise is beyond delusional

I think it was important to have this process play out. Regardless of the end result. It still sets a precedent.

He's not.

The idiots who decided to go into the Capitol are liable.
