When it was announced on March 13 that schools would be canceled I really wasn’t that worried, now on April 1st I’m a little more concerned. My wife works in a nursing home and I have more than a few family members that probably wouldn’t survive, my biggest fear is passing it on to another nursing home or a family member.

People aren't going out at night, but my neighbors always have friends over.
But it's no diff other places I guess, I still see plenty of people on social media out and about, or a group of people playing music.
Think of all the non essentials still going for lunch and going to gas stations. All the nurses tracking it every where they go.

The average person is, only because everywhere is shut down. Just rode uptown down through a the French quarter. It’s a ghost town

This is correct. We are just now seeing St Pats cases. More to come, if SWB would ever get our testing working.

I don't think so at all. I met a person for the first time, and tried to have appropriate social distancing, and they shook my hand. I could not get to the sanitizer fast enough. She was also fighting a scratchy throat and told me it was allergies.

False. I've seen pictures and videos of Louisiana friends of mine at a crawfish bowl, probably around 100 - 150 people) huddled up around a big table eating crawfish and doing fricking keg stands. I'm not a scientist or infectious disease doctor, but multiple mouths around the keg tap faucet can't be a good thing...
