That is one sick frick and whoever the men are engaging in sex with these children should be put to death. 4 years old? When I hear this shite and I think of kids I know that are the age mentioned, I just couldn't imagine someone doing something like that to them.. Even if it's a friend or family member's kid, I would want to kill them.
With that said, I really don't believe in evil in terms of the devil and these acts being the work of something bigger than use. I can see describing an act as evil, but as for as true evil... I think the people who do these things just have mental issues. And people who have the mental capacity to do shite like this.. Even if they would go to some type of rehab, they are still a risk to children. Just because they learned how to fight the urges better, the fact that it is still part of who they are.. For something like this, I honestly believe death should be the only option.
