One time we slacked up on enforcing the grass height limit and one house let theirs grow to nearly 3 inches. Turns out they were getting a divorce and we pressured them to move. They sold the house in the divorce and a nice normal couple moved in that believes in the sanctity of marriage

How about you mind your own damn business and stop spying on people. Let them enjoy their long weekend and quit being a busy body. All you described we minor infractions that are only against a law because people like you want to live in a nanny state as long as YOU get to be the nanny.
