Yeah neighbors are reporting Big Lee is dead

If it’s the same elderly neighbor I’m thinking of, I considered buying his house in 2015. He wanted too much for it.
But I showed up in his driveway by myself to take a look at the place and he came out with a gun.
Went back weeks later with a realtor and talked with him about it. He said “I bet that’s a mistake you won’t make again.”

I’d delete this post before you become a character witness at the murder trial. Shows a a pattern of behavior.

Was interested in a house on Bonnabel in 2015. Next door to Big Lee.
Showed up there alone to look at property from driveway. Owner comes out armed. I leave. Return with a realtor and an appointment to look at the house weeks later. I reminded the owner that I had been there weeks earlier, and his response was “I bet that’s a mistake you won’t make again.”
Edit: The driveway of the property goes to the backyard, and I had pulled the truck up far enough to look behind the house. That’s what upset him.

I just don't get what he would have meant by "mistake" if he had the house for sale. Of course I see it seems possible he was just straight nuts, apparently.
