The GFS has been shite this hurricane season. They gave that computer model an update am I right? It sure seems like it got worse.
Karen looks like an absolute mess right now. Looks like it could dissipate when it makes that west turns. The tail end is in Puerto Rico.
Looks like they getting a few storms from it.

Does the lack of updates on this storm mean that it is getting ripped apart and the threat is gone?

The system is really struggling and most everything points to it dissipating. That was always the key, would the system be strong enough to survive the trek westward towards the Gulf. As of now, it doesn't look like it.
