None of that is grounds for violence in of itself. The guy was resisting by not exiting the vehicle but still not a threat. The only motivation for physical violence there would be to speed up the process and/or because of ego.

I think cops should carry boots around with them and just boot their car, write the tickets, and leave if they can't wait him out. They could also tow the car while the guy is in it.

How many white drivers did the Trooper turn a blind eye to for "improper lane usage" or "brake light out" or "failure to signal"? That's the problem. Not that the Black driver committed a violation, but that police have an inherent racist bias to stop more Black drivers.

And I think the cops shouldn’t have to deal with such entitled little pricks who lack all accountability because of fricks like you making excuses for them.

Well I’m sure the State police superintendent would agree with that, he also clearly stated that the officer broke protocol and his actions were inconsistent with policy

I can't hardly get through these videos because the "victims" are so obnoxious. Just listen and comply for 5 minutes and be on your way. Why is that so difficult?

And happened to "smell weed" even though they searched and found none.

I have had 4 such citations in my life. Inspection stickers, rolling through a right turn on red, etc. I am white as a fricking polar bear. Stick that race card back in the deck and try again.

Love that police officer! That pos with dreads needed an arse whipping. Pretty sure he’s not a banker, lawyer, doctor, nurse, fireman, teacher, pharmacist, accountant, welder, plumber, electrician, - or really anything but a leach on society. Good Cop. Back the blue

I wish someone would invent a technology that could block these thugs internet connection using a signal or something from cop cars when they pull them over.

You’re a little bitch if you record that trying to get them in trouble.

Let’s see. Well if it was a fire fighter trying to put out fires at your home that seemed uncontrollably up in flames from part of your roof do you want him to “control his temper” when he may suspect people are inside? Same thing man. Cops and firefighters and paramedics are FIRST responders that are out to protect safety and rule of law.

Two cops pull over someone for an expired tags? That cop wouldn't have acted like that unless he had his partner with him. They were out looking for a fight.

Good god it’s always suspended license and some kind of expiration. Handle your business loser.

Why do they act like some injustice is being committed against them for driving illegally?

I had a suspended license for 5 years without knowing about it. Had an underage possession of alcohol charge while getting pulled over for speeding when I was back home in Virginia for the summer from LSU. Fine got mailed to my house but my mom threw it away by accident. Welp, non payment of fine led to license suspended without me knowing about it. 5 years later I’m pulled over for speeding again and am polite with the cop even when she threatened me with going to jail. She informed me my license was suspended, wrote me a ticket and let me on my way but I had to get a friend and his gf to drive my car and drive me home . I cleared up the situation with the DMV and paid the fine like an adult that I owed for that charge and my new fine, got license suspension lifted and was good to go.

He gave the idiot more than enough chances to comply. We don’t see how long this went on in the video the punk put on twitter but dash and body cameras probably show a more realistic account of this. The officer did what needed to be done.
