Unfortunately, it appears nobody could foil the plan the shooter had in mind.

Guys we all know we had a few incidents this year. Remember you spend more time here than you do with your family, don’t let your time here cost you time with your family. Be safe, drink water and don’t cheat on your spouse with a co-worker

KTBS says that the suspect came in to confront his wife. The boss intervened to protect the woman, and was shot and killed. The man wounded his wife, who is in stable condition. The suspect then shot himself.

"Public records indicate that Wendell Champion was previously convicted of first-degree murder in Harris County, Texas, in 2010. He had been released on parole in 2025."

I guess the first degree murder parole after 15 years did not work out.

The company is going to be in some hot water if they knew something was brewing and did not act.

Libs always want to go softer on crime.
15 years was not enough. He didn't even make it a single year in the free world.

Your edit did not fix the issue (at least according to the KTBS story). Only the suspect and the manager were killed, there was no boyfriend. The woman is in stable condition.

"Investigators identified the deceased suspect as Wendell Champion, Jr., 40, of Hope, Arkansas. The second deceased male is Eddie Hill, Jr., 48, of Texarkana, Texas. The injured woman, Candis Champion, 37, also of Hope, remains in stable condition at a Texarkana hospital.

Authorities say it was a domestic shooting. They believe Wendell Champion confronted his wife, Candis, who is an employee at the plant. Police say Hill was shot and killed while attempting to intervene in the dispute. The suspect then shot and seriously injured his wife before turning the gun on himself."
