Say nothing.

Shouldn't have said anything.

Women will always be insecure when it comes to weight due to the standards society puts on them. Men can get away with having a dad bod and not be ridiculed for it.

The "just about right" part insinuates that she needs to lose more weight to meet a standard. That's where he messed up. In my experience I'll just ask in some way if they've been hitting the gym because it looks like they've lost weight and they're always flattered. But I don't add the "you've still got a ways to go" or "almost there" at the end like a douche.

That's about like saying, "it'd only take like 4 beers for me to be all over you.......what, it's a compliment.....would have taken 8 before"

This guy ain't no amateur. He knew what he was saying. No way she isn't triggered by that subtle beast of a comment. Think this is about the time she first realized she wanted to frick him.

Maybe it's the potential for and reality of that ole thing called rape?

Hell baw, you're at the edge already. Go ahead and jump in. Tell her it is a shame the weight loss has made her tits look like a golf ball in an athletic sock.

Then tell her she is welcome for the inspiration to get a boob job.

I'd probably just delete all work people from FB whom you don't regularly drink with.

Unless you are trying to frick them(which you shouldn’t with coworker) why say anything?
