Tried to Explain something to a woman... white knights do their thing

So a colleague of mine posts that a man told her she lost weight and looks "just about right".
Kinda pushing the limit but acceptable to me.
I respond that women say this kind of shite to me at least once a week at the office. They even comment on how my arse looks in new pants.
I take it as a compliment and move on with my day.
Because it's your option to take offense or not.
All of a sudden I get 23 notifications. All white knights saying i don't know what I'm talking about. It's different for women and I should shut up.
So my similar experience is invalidated because I have a dick?
Guess so.

So she should take it as a compliment that he actually said to her she’s “just about right”
He’d have been better off just saying she looked nice. Bc he did not compliment her. Or he should’ve kept his mouth shut.

I message board style forum for all employees may be one of the worst ideas i've ever heard for a company.
Also, you should really learn to just not respond when people at work say something you disagree with that isn't involved with your work responsibilities.

It’s dumb to comment on a woman’s looks and weight at work.
It is supremely dumb to give a backhanded compliment and to let them know they don’t meet your standards.
