and nobody cares about college. the scholarships in college for non football or bball suck anyways. more about making sure they have the opportunity to pursue things they enjoy at the highest level they would like to pursue them. most of the parents i know wouldnt care if their kid quit and went another direction. just want the kid to be happy in whatever they choose.

half this board thinks the key to success is through the trades and college is a waste of time though. because the operator can make 140k a year working 2500 hours of ot. so it must be as good as an engineering job, right?

I'm surprised a State Farm agent is so clueless about kid's sports. Around here they are all up in it.
