The only thing i know to do is start eviction process... i really dont wanna break up a family thats starting out. Regardless of her transgressions, in the state of AL, she has all the rights as far as DHR is concerned. Its so fricked up. I pissed clean and just because she didnt, we are tied. But my name isnt even on the paperwork. Women have all the parental rights....until they need money. frick this if this what im headed toward....id rather run to...wherever. but then again i have kids i love and adore, so they will be with a shitty mother...wtf

Nerd been there. Not with a drugee wife though. It will suck but your kids are young fight for custody or at least half. You have rights as a father. Spend time with them as much as possible. As the kids grow keep and open line of communication with them. Tell them if mom talks bad about me make sure they ask you the truth about what she said bad about you. I stopped many of the ex lies before they got started by having that honest line of communication with my kids. As time goes by the kids will see with their own eyes who the crazy one is.
