How trashy is it to leave the ball hitch mounted? Especially for you baws that don’t ever tow anything?

I bet that would get in the way of the truck nuts.

I leave mine on and tow once every week or two. The main reason is if you get rear ended it will save your vehicle and destroy the one that hits you

I've been rear ended twice my truck. Both times the trailer hitch was on. Both times there was no damage to my vehicle.

this is very true

i have people hit my hitch 5 or 6 times already trying to pull right up on my bumper. had one guy dare to step out bitching he was gonna sue me for scratching up his front bumper and i laughed in his face

told him to please sue me for letting him run into me for no reason and i might even feel some neck and back pain coming on . he put his tail between his legs hoped his skippy little arse back in his sports car after that
