People are so fricking irrational at times when they need to be the most rational. When people wants or need something done, they expect it to be yesterday. What did she expect the guy from the hotel, that was there with them, to do?
If someone was in the elevator and had some type of serious emergency, I could understand acting the way they did.. but they were acting like idiots and the dude who was stuck in there, someone should have knocked his arse out.
