There are very rare situations the guy is the victim.
My girls cousin was in prison for 8 years for sex with a minor. Met her in a bar. She lied. Met up with her a few days later. He had text proof she said she was 22 and she looked it according to my GF. She was 16 apparently. That situation the guy is the victim. That's about it.

What is text proof? Her saying she is 22? That's not proof. Proof would be a license or ID card, but I don't think that is worth 8 years. At 16, thats old enough for her to be held responsible for her actions as well.
Someone who is lied to by a minor who is close to the legal age is a lot different than people who seek out young people and shouldn't be placed in the same category..
