By TD standards, I'm pretty far to the left. I don't give a rat's arse if a dude identifies as female. In general I don't think you should be able to discriminate against them (e.g., they should be able to use a women's bathroom). But anyone born male should not be competing on a women's athletic team. It's so fricking obvious. It's not hypocritical, it's reality.

People like you are the problem. You want to virtue signal over letting this mentally ill people use the bathroom, based on how they “identify”, but clutch your pearls over them playing sports based on how they “identify”. It is hypocritical and it isn’t reality, you can’t have it both ways.

It totally is nonsense. We keep getting told that gender is a social construct and different from sex and is about how a person feels, not a person’s genitals. Well if that’s true then there’s no need for guys to chop off body parts, and no need for us to pretend they’re women in regards to things like sports which are segregated along sex lines.
