By your own statement, you did commit the offense - among others.
Your badge envy based annoyance over the fact that troopers are allowed/required to speed with or without lights and siren is puzzling.

BUMP for update.
Alabama Law Enforcement Agency has refused to release the body cam and dash cam footage. I have filled the release forms out four times, each time they respond with, "the form you submitted is outdated, please fill out the new form and resubmit" EVEN THOUGH ITS THE SAME frickING FORM. Delay delay delay.
Now they just outright dismissed the case in hopes I dont pursue legal action. I will though. frick em. Pull me over for no frickin reason, violate my 4th amendment rights and try to rob me of my money with a ticket? I dont fricking think so.
