We just went over the spillway about half an hour ago and there were no issues.

Drove back after the game last night and people were doing 50 up to 85 on the spillway. Plus today you have all the people who didn't leave yesterday heading back, gonna be some decent congestion

Police stopped traffic temporarily but seems fine now. I legit didn't move a foot for 5 minutes.

There are four cop cars, and they have some sort of surveying looking equipment. It's an odd scene.

The issue on the spillway usually is that people here believe that the left lane is for cruising at exactly the same speed as the car to their right. That starts a ripple effect as some percentage of the drivers trapped behind the resulting blockade have little patience and less self control.
