Tradmarking names for Weed Soft drinks

The wife (no photos) and I were listening to PRM this afternoon and they did a bit on Budweiser making alcoholic fizzy water and eventually they got around to talking about the day (in their opinion, by 2030, when even the soft drink companies will be selling soft drinks with Marijuana in them.
This caused a discussion between the wife and I whether the soft drink companies had already Trademarked their product names. A smart group (like TD-OT) could step in now and trademark all of the good names. To do that, you must have a product (could be a peanut butter sandwich) a name and an order where the product was sold in interstate traffic.
You guys could corner the market on good names if you wanted, but what names would you trademark?
Let's suggest some. I'll start:
Cocajuanna
MariCola
Dr. Jay
7 Weeds
Pepsireefer
HoochiCola

I’d go for something less obvious. No need to put weed in the name itself tbh. Look at soft drink names, most have nothing about them that says "soft drink" but it works anyways and that gives you greater flexibility for doing a more creative level of branding.

Weed products seem trapped in the marketing mindset that they have to have something that screams weed/stoner/etc in their names which sometimes is fun but other times is forced and meh.

I think weed would a mix good in a rootbeer i wouldnt put it in anything else.
