I have owned both 2015 Tundra and 2020 Sierra.
Tundra Pros 67k miles
Reliable
Plenty of power and towing ability

Cons
Gas mileage
Halogen headlights are the worst in any truck I have owned.
Ride was terrible for long trips
Doesn’t have true limited slip

GMC Sierra 1500 (45k miles)
Pros
Comfortable ride
Adequate power
Great headlights
Fuel mileage wasn’t bad

Cons
X31 package is terrible
Towing with anything over 6k lbs was a challenge.
Had driver mirror quit working after 10K miles. Fixed under warranty. Would cost $700 out of warranty.

If you go GM, make damn sure it does not have the POS 8 speed.

I had a 2010 1500 that I lost in the flood. I currently have a 2015 with over 200 thousand miles, I can only speak for the 2 that I have had, but they have been great trucks with no problems at all.
