Was witness to a large brawl west of Tiger Stadium when they used to park cars on the soccer fields by the natatorium. (That’s all developed now)

We were standing back watching the fight and noticed a BRPD guy standing in the back of a pickup truck practically in the middle of the brawl. As I looked closer I noticed he had two cans of pepper spray, one in each hand and was just spraying it out over the crowd. Nothing happened for a few minutes then it suddenly turned into a stampede of people running away. The cop had a big shite eating grin the whole time.
