Great idea to take KLIX down during a moderate risk

Along with that tornado there are 4 other rotating cells in the general area of New Iberia and to the southwest.

For a cold update:
The Canadian is sticking to mid 20s around BR for this Sunday morning. and it keeps the coldest of the cold air around us from the 23rd through Christmas. Lows in the lower 20s, highs in the lower to mid 30s.
The GFS has been pushing the cold eastward on the last few runs.
Mid to upper 20s for several consecutive mornings with highs in the lower to mid 40s.
Nothing frozen for either model right now as the coldest air lags the precip and pushes it out of the way. Typical for us.

I’m not far from downtown and all is well. Rumors of some damage by NISH but I don’t know if that’s true or not.

When it doesn’t rain before 10 am on a day it’s supposed to rain is like it is on the Rant when LSU is losing in the 1st quarter. It would be good if it doesn’t rain and a tornado doesn’t go through New Iberia. But it was going to rain today. The day isn’t 4 hours long.

Have you heard anything about southern Mamou or Ville Platte? That cell was nasty.

Perfect day not to have the New Orleans radar up and running

I’m supposed to be driving the causeway around 1:00. Bad idea?
