We were only a couple of miles away from this bastard this past Saturday. Yeah, um...we don't get Tornadoes up here in the Pacific Northwest. Weather was really scary about noon that day.

Starting to think my annoyance at having to reschedule my flights today to tomorrow was a bit shortsighted. I would have had to fly over all that crap to get to ORD. I imagine twisters make for some rough air.

glad I check TD. I saw this thread, went to the weather channel and saw the storm almost to tallulah. Called my mom and she said they have had the internet and tv knocked out for over an hour and had no idea they were under a tornado watch.
