So if it's northern movement has slowed then that just means slot more rain for certain areas... I origannly heard 3-5 inches...

I haven't looked at any rainfall rates or anything like that, maybe someone else can come in and speak on that.
Weather is all about fluid dynamics though. The warm front has moved north across the area, replacing the cooler dryer air ahead of it, so that brought us severe round #1. Tonight a cold front will move through, and areas south of the front where there is now that warm moist air will get more of the severe threat than those north of the warm front.

Serious question..
It shouldn't rain enough to cause any type of damage anywhere right?

The whole area is under a flash flood watch, 3-5 inches by morning, with locally higher amounts.

That will depend on how fast the system moves Chris.... I would say at the most some minor local flooding... the usual areas for sure... my concern is the wind and lighting that will come with tonight's storms.....

EBR got trolled IMO
The radar over EBR would have made you thought we were getting hammered... not at all
Anything later tonight to worry about?

SPC has downgraded most areas to "slight risk" as the warm front has stayed much farther south than anticipated. This has kept the warm sector from spreading northward and allowed storms to train over the same areas stabilizing the atmosphere.
