There’s only one piece of advise for you or anyone to follow in this or similar circumstance of what you can put up with, If you can’t deal now, bail now. Don’t expect to change anyone. Either accept it or not, but don’t think you’re going to change them or it will change because XYZ. This is the person you are going to be with. That’s it. If you can’t accept that, then be on your way.
