Getting to 180 is solid. Not many people can get to that
Is this for real?
My current resting is 65 bpm. When I first get up in the AM it's 60.
I wear a HR monitor when running and training using HR instead of pace. If I really push during intervals or a tempo run, I can get it to 185 bpm. This has steadily increased over the two years that I have been running. Early on when I started, I couldn't get over 180.
My recovery run pace is 140 bpm. Regular pace is about 160 bpm. Race pace is about 175 bpm. Sprint pace is 180+.

When the doc had me om 6.25 mg Carvedilol twice a day mine dropped to the high 40's to the low 50's. He dropped it to 3.125 mg and it runs close to 70 now. When he changed it he told me, "I don't want to stop your heart man". I agreed
My resting HR is usually between 50-55. I have always had low blood pressure but after I had two liver surgeries that removed about 70% of my liver( 2 stage resection) I was left with high blood pressure in my portal vein. This, in turn, caused varices in both my esophagus and stomach. After my 2nd stay in the hospital due to these varices bleeding and causing me to need 3-4 pints of blood both times the docs put me on Carvedilol 6.25 x 2 per day my blood pressure dropped to around 90/60 or so sometimes it would even be lower. When that started the docs cut it back to once a day and now my blood pressure runs 105/70 regularly. I can sure tell when my heart rate or pressure is low because I feel like shite with no energy

My heart beats, on average, once every second of every day.

Low 50's when I wake up.
As a sidenote, Utah Jazz Hall of Famer John Stockton's resting heart rate was 29, and I absolutely believe it. That dude was a machine. He didn't seem to perspire until the 4th quarter.

I don’t know. I can’t feel my hands and feet most of the time. Not sure what that is, but don’t think it has anything to do with heart.

~55. Used to be ~65 but a few years of CrossFit have brought it down.
