The homeless population is out of control in every city in America. It’s one of the biggest problems being ignored by government. Not sure what things will look like in 10 years if nothing is done.
I’ve seen the population more than double in the last 5 years both in Houston and Austin. From what it sounds like on this board, Baton Rouge is getting worse as well.
