It’s decent, but nowhere near as nice as Perkins Rowe.

Overpriced. Do you want your neighbors up your arse and able to see through your whole house? How about build an 800k house with apartments built in front of them?
If that works for you, you’ll love it

It seems like they over promised on the whole development at the beginning, and haven’t provided on many of those amenities. There are certainly some very nice homes in there, but the majority are very basic. I believe they were supposed to have several restaurants, a movie theater, library etc, and none have any signs of being built.

Looked at houses in there, some very nice new ones in the back. Very small lots.
The community pool and workour room is nice.

When I’m choosing a semi custom house with zero lots lines, I prefer Willow Grove or Bocage lakes.

Basically what all of these planned communities do

We built a custom house in here and really are enjoying it. The location is great and yes the homes are close but it’s also nice not having a ton of yard to take care of. Hopefully we get a decent restaurant up front under the new apartments.

Does anyone have any info about the Rouzan development in BR?
beautiful homes, good builders, but one of the most overpriced neighborhoods in all of BR...

The library is most definitely under construction. Isn’t there also a pizza place next to the grocery story?

Close proximity, some of the workmanship, not well done. I was asked by friends to get a few things repaired. Friend sold and moved out.

It's a story as old as Tommy Spinosa.
