Will the mayor be at his trial to assure the jury that he don't do right and just fell in wit da wrong crowd?

So what's that in NOLA sentencing terms...probation?

That's the new normal. It really does not matter. Whether it's attempted murder or agg batt, the magistrate is setting a bond appropriate for a traffic ticket so young Dayshawn doesn't miss his classes.

He was on his way to his first day of college walking uphill in the snow both ways while working two jobs
Do you want him to suffer?

Aggravated second degree battery doesn't allow probation, at least until after the first year is served. But the DA will reduce to an aggravated battery and give it to him.

Is that before or after the Mayor threatens the court and sits with the shooter looking at the jury with a death stare

I've got a better idea of what should happen to that little SOB.

It’s fine. Jason Williams will surely bill him with attempted murder.
Jason Williams’ office has a track record of being tough in crime.
He’s the Harvey Dent of New Orleans.

Five counts of attempted murder would be more appropriate.

I've been told by the media this was a "mass shooting" seems that a shooting like that should be classified as terrorism.
