I kinda don’t believe this. That’s said, the way this thing went down, every facet of it, was an incredible failure. Everything that could be done wrong was done wrong.

I think that's a bit harsh on poor SS. I think he was more into drugs than violence. Maybe pump the brakes once or twice and take a breath. No sense in lashing out. You can't hold someone's mistakes over them forever.
